A pair of Louis XVI ormolu appliques

Two-flame wall lights cast in several pieces and screw mounted, with ram's head reliefs and flaming urn finials. Partially regilt, with drilled holes for wiring (removed). H ca. 49 cm.
Paris, this model attributed to either Jean-Louis Prieur or Jean-Charles Delafosse, ca. 1770.
