Mahogany and ebonised wood veneer on softwood, alabaster, gilt bronze and brass mountings, white enamel dial, mirror, domed glazing. 8-day movement with quarter-hourly striking to two spiral gongs. Depicting two amoretti as smiths who move when the clock strikes. Restored. H 60.8, W 40, D ca. 13.5 cm.
