A rare gilt enamel double box in a leather case

Rectangular box with silver mountings comprising two compartments with separate hinged lids. Some wear, a repair to the edge of one lid, cracks to the interior. Box 3.5 cm x 8.1 cm x 6.2 cm. In a gilt embossed red leather case lined with yellow silk and with metal clasps.
