Spain 17th century

A 17th century Spanish enamelled gold pendant with the Virgin and saints

Gold and parcel gilt silver with enamels. With engraved depictions of the Virgin and Child to the front and a blessing saint in clerical garb to the reverse. The setting comprises a delicately worked blue and white enamel border within a pierced ornamental surround.
Minor losses to the enamels, otherwise in pristine condition. 3.8 x 3.0 cm.
