Pierced quatrefoil form set with 26 calibrated natural rubies (in total c. 1.60 ct) and 18 old-cut diamonds (in total c. 1.42 ct, I - K, vs – si). The pin replaced. Minor soldered repairs. 3.4 x 5.4 cm. Weight 11.78 g.
