With a round Ceylon sapphire (c. 7.8 x 7.8 x 4.81 mm) surrounded by 34 brilliant-cut diamonds (in total c. 2.27 ct, L/M, si). Hallmarks: Modern French import stamps. The shank has been reduced, the join not completely soldered over. Ring size 51. Weight 12.27 g.
