A platinum Ceylon star sapphire ring

The shoulders with two small taper baguette-cut diamonds flanking a central natural sapphire cabochon ca. 13,62 ct (c. 13.80 x 10.00 x 9.65 mm, no indications of heating/NTE). Indistinct hallmarks: "950 Irid. Plat." The side of the stone with a small, smoothed chip beneath the girdle. Bezel 1.4 x 1.1 cm. Ring size 50. Weight 8.58 g.
