A Saxon glass hunting goblet

Round base supporting a narrow faceted baluster shaft with a compressed pommel. The tapering cup decorated with a finely cut hunting scene with a lion, a bear, a wild boar, and an aurochs amid trees. H 21.7 cm.
Attributed to Dresden, circa 1730.
