a) Okame, laughing merrily, with full cheeks and a portruding forehead, the hair lacquered black, the lips and tongue red. Overpaintings. b) Hannya with long horns and the hair laid in three loops along the temples. Thin brown lacquer coating, the teeth black, the tongue dark red. Old accession number in white ink reading 5746. Old restorations. (2)
