Embroidery in silken threads on silk with hand made lace trimmings, linen lining and wrought iron mountings. Small bag embroidered with a scene of a bird flying towards the sun. Defective. H 13, W 9 cm. Including a pelmet embroidered with an imperial eagle, H 43, W 161 cm.
Mid-18th C.

According to family tradition, the bag was a gift from King Friedrich II.
