Blade length: 16 cm, hira and kanmuri-otoshi zukuri, iori mune, ko-itame hada, o-notare hamon and bo-bi with soe-bi. Boshi: o-kaeri to one side. Nakago: suriage with a mekugi-ana ending in kiri. Inscribed: Kane....

Koshirae: 19th century, kaiken koshirae, handle and upper part of the saya ribbed and lacquered black, the lower part of the saya lacquered dark red over fine aogai. One menuki later re-glued.
