Blade length: 24.2 cm, hira zukuri, iori mune, ko-itame hada, notare hamon, further details unrecognisable. Boshi: o-kaeri, Nakago: ubu with one mekugi-ana ending in iriyamagata. Inscribed: Kanetomo.

Koshirae: 19th century, iron tsuba decorated with a sakura branch, shakudo fuchi-kashira with plover in grass on an ishime-ji ground, menuki in the shape of sakura blossoms, iron kojiri inlaid with silver karakusa, copper kozuka decorated with jumping carp. Saya lacquered black in ishime-ji.
