Wakizashi. 18th/19th century

Blade length: 53.3 cm, shinogi zukuri, iori mune, itame ni mokume hada, midare hamon with hataraki, chu-kissaki, boshi: unrecognisable, nakago: ubu with one mekugi-ana, signed: Kaneharu.

Koshirae: 19th century, iron tsuba with bronze bamboo motif inlaid in bronze, also the fuchi, menuki in the shape of a fruit (kaki?), kozuka with a tiger. Black lacquered saya with karakusa and pheonix in gold, black binding over same.
