Blade length: 55.7 cm, shinogi zukuri, iori mune, jihada unrecognisable, suguha hamon, chu-kissaki. Nakago: broken off, with two mekugi-ana, mumei.

Koshirae: 19th century, iron tsuba with archaic symbols in nunome-zogan and a bird in a branch in sukashi-bori. Bronze fuchi-kashira with dragons in medallions, signed. Menuki unrecognisable, black lacquered saya with mokume pattern, black binding over same.
