An 18k gold milanaise sapphire necklace

Designed as a flexible strand of fine geometrically pierced milanaise chain links. Bezel set with three rectangular sapphires (in total ca. 1.50 ct) alternating with four small old-cut diamonds (in total ca. 0.8 ct, K/L, si-p). Hallmarks: 18 K, "BREVETTATO" (patent stamp). The edge of one sapphire very slightly chipped. L 18.5 cm. Weight 33.06 g.
