A carved Baroque ivory box with floral reliefs

Finely turned round box with the original lid and remnants of original polychromy. The body carved with a braided relief. Abraded, some older filled shrinkage cracks. H 3.5, D 8.7 cm.
Germany or Northern Germany, last quarter 17th C.
