Baroque form copper candlestick on an octagonal base decorated with four enamel medallions depicting a coat-of-arms and three demi-figures labelled "ADONIS", "LAVORE" and "CEPHALE". H 14.6 cm.
Attributed to Samson, Paris, second half 19th C.
