A rare KPM porcelain teapot from the "Campanischen Déjeuner"

Model no. 1308 with original lid. Decorated with borders and backgrounds imitating Carrara marble, porphyry and rose quartz. The porphyry fields decorated en grisaille with allegories of love, amorettis shooting arrows and a putto holding a drapery inscribed "Je suis plein d'amour". Blue sceptre mark with blue enamel dash above, incised I. The spout restored. H 10.9 cm.
1803 - 1813, model produced 1801.
