A Gothic single-handled mortar on paw feet

Golden brown cast bronze with dark brown patina. Tapering mortar resting on five paw feet issuing from one short and four longer ribs. With a single, faceted handle. Base slightly concave due to usage, one area in the lower section also slightly buckled and with a hairline crack caused by usage (not continuous). H 19, D 18.1 cm, weight c. 5.3 kg.
