Two small blue and white vases. Kangxi period (1662–1722)

a) With cylindrical body and a short flaring neck with a garlic head, decorated with the Hundred Antiques and symbols of the Eight Treasures. Small chip. b) Of mallet form with ringed neck and flaring mouth, decorated in underglaze blue with a pair of birds flying amidst flowering peony and cherry branches and rockery, the lower bulb covered with a brown café-au-lait glaze. Restored. (2)
