Of irregular shape reminiscent of kutsugata, on an irregular foot, the body covered with a thick black glaze and a white glaze strip with spirals in grey. Shifuku. Wooden box, the lid with paper label reading wan and a number, to the side of the box a paper label inscribed Setogama (Seto kiln) Suigetsu (the name of the chawan) chawan. In red ink the collector's number in kanji.
