A Parisian gilt and patinated bronze pendulum clock "à l'aigle"

Black and white marble and bronze clock with a white enamel dial and gilded hands. 14-day running with half-hourly striking to a bell. The tiered rectangular plinth with putti reliefs on six compressed bun feet. The cylindrical case with floral bronze decor between Egyptian style herm pilasters. A model of an eagle with a snake adorns the area above the dial. Signed on the dial "Bergmiller à Paris". A minor chip to the dial at III. H 60, W 42, D 10.8 cm.
