A porcelain snuff box with landscapes and garlands

Silver mountings with year letter N (1776), and indistinct maker's mark (AM?). The outer faces painted with garlands, the lid with a larger garland and a dragonfly, the base with a lone butterfly. Inside of the lid with a landscape with ruins and a river. Porcelain unmarked. A restored breakage to the lid, a short vertical crack to the left. H 5.4, W 7.5, D 6.5 cm.
Attributed to France, third quarter 18th C, mountings 1776.
