A Berlin KPM porcelain tête à tête with Neoclassical busts

Model no. 633, neuglatt. Comprising a dish with insets for two cups and covers. The dish and both cups decorated with finely painted portraits of Cleopatra, Mark Antony, and the Roman Emperor Augustus. Blue sceptre mark, painter's mark 2 in grey, incised III (cups). The insets and rose finials restored, the gilding partially retouched. Lidded cup H 9.7, dish W 28.8 cm.
