A pair of ormolu candlesticks with Shou Lao porcelain figures

Comprised of numerous screw-mounted pieces, including Vincennes soft paste porcelain flowers and Chinese porcelain figures, in Régence era mountings. The finely moulded plinths each applied with three salamanders, snail shells and acorns. Minor chips to the flowers, some lost. H 14.5, W 8.8 cm.
The bronze mountings Paris, around 1740, the porcelain figures China, Qianlong.
