Minerva teases the horses of Diomedes

Ormolu clock with white enamel dial, black numerals and blued iron hands, with brass mountings. The later 14-day running pendulum movement with spring suspension and half-hourly striking on a bell. Imposing mantle clock, cast in several parts and screw-mounted. Signed on the dial "Ls. MALLET H. de M. D. D'ORLEANS". A chip to the enamel at 12 o'clock, the hands replaced / lost. H 44.5, W 49, D 12 cm.
The bronze attributed to Paris, the movement Orléans, 19th C.
