A Nepalese fire-gilt bronze figure of Dharmadhatu Vagishvara Manjushri. 18th/19th century

Made from four parts. Seated in meditation on a lotus base with his main hands holding chakra and ghanta, his secondary hands holding a sword with a vajra-handle and a lotus. A flaming halo behind his triple-faced head. His consort Sarasvati seated in lalitasana on his knee. The opened base with a long inscription to the reverse.
