A large 'Wu Shuang Pu' baluster vase. Qing dynasty, 19th century

With slender neck, wide mouth, and unglazed base. Decorated in famille rose with characters and poems from the woodcut album 'Wu Shuang pu' (Table of Peerless Heroes). At the neck, handles in the shape of chilongs. Glazed turquoise inside.
