A Baphuon style head of Lokeshvara. Cambodia

The head of rounded rectangular shape the softly modeled eyelids lowered in meditation and with a wide smiling mouth with full lips, both the braided hair covers the head and chignon and is set off from the face by a continuous band of small beads, in front of the chignon a seated figure of Amitabha in meditation. Set on a wood stand (damaged).
