A yellowish bronze figure of Bodhisattva Avalokiteshvara. Possibly 16th century

Possibly Akshobhya in his bodhisattva appearance, seated in meditation on a double lotusbase, the right hand held in bhumisparsamudra, the left held in dhyanamudra, the cold-gilt face slightly worn, the hair and the large chignon with blue colour. The base sealed with an iron plate.
