A George III 14k gold diamond and emerald ring.

Pierced floral band with openwork rectangular bezel set with a pale Colombian emerald of c. 2.2 ct (c. 8.3 x 7.23 x 4.80 mm) flanked by two rose-cut diamonds in closed settings. No hallmarks. The emerald with severe signs of wear. Bezel 0.8 x 1.0 cm. Ring size 50. Weight 4.21 g.
