A German one of a kind 18k gold lapis lazuli carnelion and turquoise winged scarab brooch inspired by the famous amulet of Tutankhamun.

Unique work. Inspired by the amulet worn by the ancient Egyptian pharaoh Tutankhamun. Designed as a scarab beetle with wings decorated with fine filigree designs. The body carved from lapis lazuli (c. 14.4 x 18.2 mm) set with a carnelion cabochon (c. 8.51 x 7.04 mm) and a small amazonite. Can also be worn as a pendant via a bead with two bails that can be slid over the pin. Hallmarks: Fineness 750/900, "Handarbeit". 4.5 x 4.0 cm. Weight 22.63 g.
