A Korean 'Moon Jar" (dalhangari). Joseon dynasty, 18th/19th century

Ovoid jar on footring with everted neck and round mouth. Covered with a slightly green-tinged clear glaze on a cream-coloured body, glaze partially discoloured brown. Silver restorations to the neck and foot. Korean silk bag and Japanese wooden box.
