A late 19th century 14k gold black enamel and diamond snake brooch.

Hollow coiled design picked out in black enamel and accentuated with small rose-cut diamonds. Hinged double-pin clasp. Hallmarks: Prague import stamps for gold of fineness 585, used since 1954. Old restorations to the enamel. L 6 cm, weight 20.89 g.
Late 19th century.
