An Italian Byzantine Revival 18k gold and sapphire cross pendant brooch.

Byzantine style Greek cross design with corded filigree decor. Symmetrically set with an oval sapphire ( ca. 2.74 ct, ca. 8.85 x 6.84 x 5.28 mm) and four cushion-shaped sapphires (each ca. 0.25 ct) in tall conical settings. With pendant hook and brooch findings. Hallmaks: "PIERRET". 4.5 x 4.5 cm. Weight 24.33 g.
