An Austrian Belle Epoque 14k gold diamond and pearl brooch with detachable mount.

Pierced floral cartouche design set with 60 cushion-shaped old-cut diamonds (total ca. 1.80 ct, H-J, vs-si) and three pearls (the central droplet shaped pearl ca. 9.40 x 8.75 mm). Suspending a small baroque pearl droplet. Removable brooch mount. Can also be worn as a pendant on the enclosed platinum and seed pearl chain via a screw-mounted bail. Hallmarks: Vienna assay mark and fineness mark for 585 gold. The pearl droplet with a minor breakage beside the drilled hole. H 5.5 cm. Weight 15.88 g. Chain L 44 cm, weight 6.83 g.
