A polychrome porcelain plaque after Wang Qi. 20th century

Decorated with the Song-period monk Daoji, alias Ji Gong, seated in a blue robe with a prayer chain in his hand. In front of him his belongings, including a teapot, a walking stick, a fly whisk and a jarlet. Inscription in grass script, signed Wang Qi, two iron-red seals, cyclically dated xinwei (1931). Wooden frame.
