An ivory netsuke of a seated tiger. 18th century

Turning its head the left, the long tail rising in a snake-like fashion to the mouth, a bamboo stem with leaves growing along the spine. The eye pupils of black horn. Inscribed Tomotada in a rectangular cartouche. Worn and with a good patina.
Height 5.4 cm
