A painted wood no mask of Kojo type. Early 20th century

Mask of an ancient man with raised brows and wrinkles above the nose, the mouth open showing the upper row of teeth, numerous wrinkles to the cheeks and forehead, a long beard implanted at the chin, the strands of hair implanted at the temples bound together. The reverse painted brown and bearing a seal in sunken relief reading Tachibana Haku Yoshitaka and a number in red in Arabic numerals.
