Four leaf clover design set with 52 small rose-cut diamonds, a central old-cut diamond of ca. 0.22 ct (L/M, si) and three small cream coloured natural baroque bouton pearls (ca. 8.35 x 7.58 mm; ca. 7.15 x 6.94 mm; ca. 7.38 x 7.07 mm). 2.8 x 2.9 cm. Weight 7.92 g.
