The oval bezel set with a dark blue mixed-cut sapphire (ca. 4.50 ct) surrounded by 14 European old-cut diamonds (in total ca. 2.60, K-M, si-p). Hallmarks: Indistinct Polish hallmarks. Bezel 1.9 x 1.7 cm. Ring size 56. Weight 5.41 g
