A five-case inrô. Late 18th/early 19th century

Decorated with a continuous landscape including a waterfall, lake, pavillions and houses, tree groups and cloud banks in gold takamakie, hiramakie kirikane and goldfoil. Signed Kajikawa saku with a red lacquer seal reading Ei (Hide). Minor traces of usage. To the inside nashiji and fundame. Glass ojime and two-part manjû with a landscape in makie on kinji ground.
