A four-case Shibayama inrô. Second half 19th century

Of octagonal cross section, displaying all together twelve fan shapes filled with figures at various activities and birds and flowers in makie and finely carved inlays of ivory, mother-of-pearl, horn, wood, and stone. Nashiji and fundame to the inside. Signed Yasutami on an inlaid mother-of-pearl tablet.
