A doucai dish with lotus pond. Yongzheng period (1723-1735)

Of saucer shape, the centre decorated in doucai colours with a swimming and a flying duck in a lotus pond, the cavetto with two more ducks between lotus, the rim with a border of Shou characters, alternating in underglaze-blue and iron-red. On the outer wall four lotus blossoms, on the bottom a stylised mark in a square in underglaze-blue surrounded by a double-ring.
