With losses due to woodworm in the lower part of the reverse, some wear. Height 29.5 cm.

A 15th century North German wooden figure of a seated Apostle. Carved three-quarters in the round, the reverse flattened, with minor remains of an older, presumably original, polychromy. The apostle sits upon a throne looking slightly to the side and holding his cloak in his right hand. The left hand, which presumably originally held an attribute, is lost.
